Delete Your Account
Request permanent removal of your Phoniq account and your personal data.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose your call history, level test results, badges, plans, and any remaining minute balance. Active subscriptions are canceled at the end of the current period.
How to request deletion

Send an email
Email support@phoniq.ai from the address registered to your Phoniq account. Subject: Account deletion request.

We confirm
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. We may ask you to verify your identity for security.

Deletion happens
Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation. We notify you when it is complete.
Data we delete
- •Profile (name, email, phone, language, region, timezone)
- •Authentication credentials
- •Practice plans and schedules
- •Call recordings and transcripts
- •Level test history and progress data
- •Badges, vocabulary, feedback
- •Remaining minute balance
- •Notification preferences and devices
Data we keep (legal requirement)
Payment receipts and invoices are retained for accounting and tax obligations (up to 10 years depending on jurisdiction). These records are stored separately and contain only the minimum required by law (transaction date, amount, currency, invoice number). Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics may also be retained.
Timing
Deletion is processed within 30 days of confirmed request. Active monthly plans are canceled immediately and not renewed.
